GRACE BOSWORTH (she/they)
UKCP reg. and AFST reg. qualified Systemic Psychotherapist

Grace Bosworth

I am a white, queer, and neurodivergent systemic therapist, originally from the North of England, now based in London. I work online with Queer individuals and relationships of all kinds, including couples, polycules, chosen families, and friends needing mediation. I also work with parents and families with queer, trans and gender queer relatives who are seeking support.

My work is trans-affirming and I aim to honour the whole person and life experiences shaped by class, gender, spirituality, religion, ethnicity and culture, neurodivergence and ability for example. I focus on helping people respect and live alongside each other's similarities and differences.

Sessions may include considering ways to better understand oneself or one another. To do this, conversations may involve exploring emotions, ways each person affects and influences one another. This can be done by exploring past experiences, and what is important to each person, including emotional, cultural and socio-political influences impacting a person or relationship.

People may seek therapy with me due to:

  • Rebuilding trust and sorting out relationship issues
  • How your background, culture, and the world around you influence communication and relationships
  • Emotional misunderstandings and distress (low mood and depression, anxiety, angst, panic, burn out, stress)
  • Figuring out relationship boundaries that feel good for everyone, including opening up or closing a relationship
  • Life transitions, choice and loss of direction
  • Separating in a respectful way whenever possible
  • Parenting and co-parenting and updating parenting to respond to children's and sibling development and life stages
  • Loss and grief
  • Moving through histories of abuse and how this influences a person and relationships
  • Exploring your identity, understanding your neurodivergence, learning self-acceptance, and healing from painful religious or spiritual experiences for example.
  • I work online and offer short- and longer-term sessions, with a frequency that suits.
